Great quote

Seth had a great quote on this post: The object isn’t to be perfect. The goal isn’t to hold back until you’ve created something beyond reproach. I believe the opposite is true. Our birthright is to fail and to fail often, but to fail in search of something bigger than we can imagine. To do anything else is to waste it all.

Growing up my dad used to remind me of this all the time.... only he used Abraham Lincoln. Lincoln failed repeatedly (first time in politics, first time to congress, first time to senate, first time as VP nom, etc.) but kept going and it made him stronger. I agree that we grow (stronger) through harder times much more than the good/easy ones.

What Dad left out is how he was one of the most communistic presidents we ever had. :)
