One of the people that Liz works with made this statement: Communication is a chronic problem in organizations.

That is so true. I know I need to improve my communication skills. That's where you come in. If you could give me one or two pieces of advice about how I can work on communication I would love to hear it. Thanks.

The first part of communication is listening! Did you hear what they said and do you know where their heart is? If you are initiating the communication is their heart ready to hear it? Oh I spoke too much to you today already huh. I will e-mail more stuff to you on communication Johnathan. - Jack

This coming from a master of communication (me): Aim for increasing the amount of meaningful communication and relating that happens in person or on the phone... Not via the internet.

For instance: The fact that you just got this as a comment on your blog speaks volumes about me and what I need to work on! : )
